Faith Blaze is owned and operated by Gospel Preachers, Inc., a Texas corporation headquartered in Dallas, Texas (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information with care and respect.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit and use the Faith Blaze platform, including our Directory, Marketplace, Crowdfunding system, Meetup groups, Events board, Jobs board, and Affiliate system.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information that you provide directly to us, information collected automatically, and information from third parties.
Information You Provide to Us
Account Information: Name, email address, password, postal address, phone number, and profile details depending on your membership tier (Basic or VIP).
Listing and Posting Data: Text, images, links, and details you submit to our modules, including business directories, marketplace listings, crowdfunding campaigns, meetup groups, event registrations, and job board postings.
Financial and Payment Information: Payment card details or bank account information processed securely through our third-party payment processors for VIP subscriptions, listing fees, marketplace transactions, crowdfunding contributions, or revenue-share payouts.
Affiliate Program Data: Information required to track referrals and process the 10% one-time affiliate referral incentive when a referred user signs up for a VIP membership.
Information Collected Automatically
Log and Usage Data: IP addresses, browser type, operating system, access times, pages viewed, and your interactions with the platform.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We use cookies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and analyze platform traffic.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to operate our platform and fulfill our mission of connecting the Christian community. Specifically, we use it to:
Administer your account and process payments for memberships and transactional fees.
Publish and display your listings in the Directory, Marketplace, Events, Meetups, and Jobs modules.
Facilitate the Crowdfunding system, including processing donations and distributing revenue shares.
Track and distribute affiliate rewards for the Affiliate Monetization system.
Monitor, analyze, and improve platform functionality and security.
Communicate with you regarding updates, security alerts, and platform support.
3. How Your Information is Shared
We do not sell your personal data. We share your information only in the following scenarios:
Public Listings: Any information you voluntarily post to public modules (e.g., Directory, Marketplace, Meetups, Events, Jobs) will be visible to other users and visitors of the platform.
Service Providers: We share data with trusted third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, hosting, and analytics.
Affiliate Attribution: When you sign up using an affiliate link, limited verification data may be shared with the referring member to confirm their 10% referral reward.
Legal Obligations: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of Gospel Preachers, Inc., our users, or the public.
4. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, please note that no transmission over the internet or electronic storage system is 100% secure.
5. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on your location (including the United States and Canada), you may have certain rights regarding your personal information:
Access and Correction: You can review and update your account information at any time by logging into your profile.
Account Deletion: You may request the deletion of your account and associated data by contacting our support team, subject to certain legal or contractual obligations (such as ongoing financial transactions or affiliate tracking).
Marketing Communications: You can opt out of promotional emails by following the unsubscribed instructions included in those communications.
6. International Data Transfers
Faith Blaze is operated out of the United States. If you are accessing the platform from Canada or another region outside the U.S., please be aware that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or operational requirements. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy or through in-platform notifications.

Account information and secure access
When you sign in or use member tools, we process the account details, content, and activity needed to provide those services. The app sends authenticated requests to Faith Blaze over HTTPS using a sign-in token.
On Android, the sign-in token is kept in secure storage backed by Android Keystore. Signing out removes the saved sign-in credential and revokes the current app session.
Public uploads and private messages
Images you submit for public profiles or listings are stored using Backblaze B2 and can be viewed by other people through those public features. Existing public image links and cached copies may remain available after an image is replaced or detached from a listing.
Chat attachments use separate server-managed encryption and authenticated downloads. Chat is not end-to-end encrypted. Authorized server processes and staff carrying out permitted support or moderation work can access private communications.
Optional notifications
If you enable push notifications, Faith Blaze registers a delivery token and an installation identifier with your account. Google Firebase Cloud Messaging and the operating system notification service process delivery identifiers and connection information needed to deliver alerts. On iOS, delivery also uses Apple Push Notification service.
Push alerts contain generic message or activity text and identifiers used to open the relevant page. Private message text and attachments are not included in the push alert. You can change notification categories in the app and turn notifications off through its notification controls or your device settings.
Information saved on your device
The app may save public discovery results, categories, images, branding, and interface wording to improve loading and provide limited offline access. These public-content caches are separate from the secure sign-in credential. Private account responses and messages are excluded from the public-content cache.
Use the cache-clearing control in More tools to remove saved public content. Removing a local cache does not delete your account, server records, or copies already held by other people or providers.
Photos, files, locations, and external maps
You choose photos or files through your device picker when attaching content. Selected files may be prepared locally before you submit an upload. Address, city, and map-pin information you enter or choose is used for listings, maps, or directions.
Map features may send relevant location information to map providers. Opening external maps, business websites, or other links lets those providers process requests under their own privacy policies and device permissions.
Website pages, payments, and other providers
Some member workflows open Faith Blaze website pages inside the app. These pages use website session cookies and may load maps, security challenges, payment tools, or other third-party content. The website cookie, traffic-analysis, and service-provider practices described in the general Privacy Policy continue to apply.
Payment and identity-verification services, including Stripe or PayPal where used, receive information needed to complete their services. Provider pages may open in a browser and are also subject to those providers’ privacy policies.
Request account or data deletion
Use our public contact form to request deletion of your Faith Blaze account or specific personal data. Include the email address associated with your account and describe what you want deleted. You do not need to sign in to send the request.
Our team reviews requests and may need to verify account ownership. Submitting a request does not delete data automatically. We may need to retain records to meet existing legal, financial, security, or contractual obligations; these requirements are considered during the review.
Do not include your password, payment card details, or identity documents in the request.
