Faith Blaze is a membership-driven platform designed to help believers across the United States and Canada discover and support Christian-owned businesses, products, and services. The Platform offers several modules, including but not limited to:
- Directory: A business listing service for Christian-based businesses.
- Marketplace: A platform for buying and selling businesses and commercial assets.
- Crowdfunding: A system for raising funds for personal, ministry, or business needs.
- Groups & Events: Tools to create meetups, community groups, and event pages.
- Job Board: A job listing and career discovery portal.
2. Membership Tiers and Fees
To participate in the Faith Blaze economy, users may select from the following membership options:
- Basic Membership (Free): Basic members may access the platform for free. Fees, eligibility requirements, and listing durations vary by module and are shown before posting.
- VIP Membership (Paid): Paid VIP membership provides expanded posting benefits during the active membership period. Directory and group account limits still apply, and organizer subscriptions and campaign fees are separate. The membership price and term are shown before purchase. Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
3. Crowdfunding Revenue Share
All crowdfunding campaigns hosted on Faith Blaze are subject to a platform revenue share percentage. This fee is automatically deducted from the total funds raised to cover platform maintenance, administrative costs, and payment processing. Users are responsible for any additional taxes or third-party processor fees.
4. Affiliate Referral Program
Faith Blaze operates an affiliate monetization system to encourage community growth:
- Members may refer new users to the Platform using a unique referral link.
- If a referred user registers and purchases a VIP Membership, the referring member will receive a one-time incentive equal to 10% of that initial subscription payment.
- Referral payouts are subject to verification, fraud prevention checks, and compliance with our payout policies. Faith Blaze reserves the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program at any time.
5. Content, Conduct, and Compliance
As a Christian-focused platform, users are expected to conduct business and interact with integrity, honesty, and respect.
- You retain ownership of the content you post, but you grant Gospel Preachers, Inc. a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content on the Platform.
- You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and fulfillment of any marketplace listings, job postings, events, or crowdfunding campaigns you create.
- Faith Blaze reserves the right to remove any content or terminate accounts that violate our community standards, promote fraudulent activity, or fail to align with our mission.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Faith Blaze provides the Platform on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Gospel Preachers, Inc. does not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any third-party products, services, businesses, listings, or crowdfunding campaigns posted by users. Any transactions or interactions between users are strictly between those parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gospel Preachers, Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to the Platform must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas, Texas.
8. Changes to Terms
Gospel Preachers, Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant updates by posting a notice on the Platform or via email. Your continued use of Faith Blaze after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
